I had to look up bugbear. I might not be smart enough for all of this.

Oh I had to look it up too. It's one of those words you have kicking around your head and you sort of know what it means, but not certain. It's such a fun word, I'm glad it worked.

I always want to use craven for greedy and gluttonous, but it means weak and ineffectual. I don't need that word as much.

My father-in-law refers to it as “bearbitch.” I’m assuming he made it up, but now I think bugbear must have inspired it.

Time blobbing and my pills will fix me 🙏💛

Pills and skills. I honestly couldn’t do it without my meds.

I’m time blobbing for the first time today! And I’ve added an extra element as I organize my bucket, called “Time Bobbing”. to help with my angry back. Each item is assigned as a sitting or standing task, or both. That way my “back of bees” gets more movement, and I don’t sit too long, which is my tendency. And thankfully, I got one of those desks that goes up and down.

I do a similar thing for my dumb back. I have a yoga mat set out and I do cobra pose as many times a day as I can remember. I try to do it between blobs. Hamstring stretches as well. Sometimes I put a chin up bar in the doorway and I do as many as I can every time I come back from the bathroom. I’m up to one and a half pull ups in a row!

All good ideas. I bet if you propped a cookie up over the doorways you’d make it to two.

...Oh, and meant to say, you can copyright that if you want, Bob.

Thank you.

Brilliant! Love this AND the ice cubes idea! I’m going to give this a go this week!
